Shipping Policy

  • We only ship within the United Arab Emirates.
  • A third-party courier service will deliver orders.
  • All deliveries for orders under 100 AED are subject to a shipping fee of AED 15. We provide free shipping on all orders over 100 AED.
  • Every order is delivered in one to two business days.
  • If you would want to cancel your order. Please use the phone number or email listed at the bottom of the page to contact us.

Return Policy

You may return or exchange your item under the following guidelines if you're not happy with it:

  • The return must be requested within seven days of the order's receive date.
  • The product must be with all its original accessories such as (box, all included parts, manuals, etc.).
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • In case the product is received broken or defective from us, it must be returned in its exact same condition and will be replaced for the customer.
  • Consumer products will not be accepted if opened.
  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will bear the shipping costs.
  • If the exchange or return is due to the customer's request, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • If you wish to exchange the product for another one, please contact us to determine the most appropriate option. The product can be exchanged if it is in its original condition and unused.
